Return & Exchange Policy

At Mahnur we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service.

  • Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions.
  • We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.
  • If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you.
  • After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Please Note,

  • Orders that are customized or that have been discounted are not eligible for Returns, Refunds or exchanges.
